unifi.ai is operated by 5G Vector Inc., Atlanta, Georgia (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using unifi.ai on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

What the service is

unifi.ai structures public property-casualty rate-filing records and related public regulatory data so that pricing and product teams can compare them. Every figure we display carries its source and an as-of date. Where the public record does not disclose a value we show a blank and say why; we do not estimate or impute values. The service is not actuarial, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a comparative rater.

Data sources

Market data comes from public state Department of Insurance records and other public regulatory publications. Documents you upload are processed for your account only and are not shared with other customers or added to our public datasets.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Plan limits (filing reads, comparisons, exports) are described on the pricing page and apply per calendar month. You may not resell or redistribute the service, use automated means to bulk-extract our data, or use the service to violate the terms of any state or third-party data source.

Third-party content in filings

Rate filings can contain material owned by advisory organizations and other third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of any such material complies with its owner’s terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep public data current and accurate, but public records are published by regulators on their own schedules, and we cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
