Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features included in your chosen plan. At the end of 14 days, you can enter your payment information to continue, upgrade, or downgrade.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Settings page or the Stripe billing portal. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period.

If a payment fails, your account is marked as past due and you will receive an email notification. You have 7 days to update your payment method. During this grace period, you retain full access. After 7 days, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Yes. A HIPAA BAA is included with every plan at no additional cost. The BAA is generated automatically during onboarding and must be signed electronically before you can enter any real patient data into the platform.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. All your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
