unifi.ai is operated by 5G Vector Inc., Atlanta, Georgia. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, work email, company, and plan, provided when you sign up or contact us.
• Usage data: which filings, comparisons, and exports you open, so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product. We also use analytics for aggregate page statistics.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Documents you upload: kept private to your account and used only to produce results for you.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your uploaded documents or your saved comparisons with other customers, and we do not add them to our public datasets.

Public data

The market data on unifi.ai comes from public state Department of Insurance records and other public regulatory publications. It describes insurers, not individuals.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: hosting, database and authentication, payments, transactional email, and analytics. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is open and for a limited period after it closes to meet accounting obligations. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@unifi.ai.
